At Rajkamal Health Foods, we are committed to providing high-quality traditional health mixes and food products. Due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- Photo evidence may be required in case of damage or incorrect product

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food products
- Products returned after the allowed return period
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange either a replacement product or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
